Fallout definitely looks like its going to be one of the best sets in the past few years when it comes to support for Auras and Equipments, which Im told is pretty fitting given how pivotal your character inventory and loadout are in the series.
Its controller may search their library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
